You can't think for them. But you can give them the tools.
Most teens don't need another adult telling them what to do — they need someone outside the family who will actually listen, help them sort through the noise, and teach them how to handle pressure, failure, and big moments. That's what this work is.
We start with a free conversation — you, your teen, and me — to make sure it's the right fit.

What ages do you work with?

How involved are parents?
​
Sessions are private so your teen/child can speak freely. However I believe in collaboration with parents and offer parent check-ins to share progress and how you can best support at home.
Do you work with coaches?
​
Yes. For student athletes, I prefer to collaborate with coaches to understand what they see and reinforce mental routines, pre-game prep, and recovery strategies that directly affect athlete performance.
Is this therapy?
​
No. This is coaching — focused on mindset, performance, confidence, and tools. If something deeper comes up, I'll always recommend the right kind of support.
A note to Parents: As a mom of 3, former teacher in middle and high school, and coach, I bring a unique approach to helping children and teens navigate school and athlete challenges, from confidence, to mental toughness and more.
